Step-by-step procedure

1. Mark cut line. Use marker and straight edge; UHMWPE cuts cleanly.
2. Use standard wood blade. Carbide-tipped wood saw blade works at 60–80 mm/s feed.
3. Support panel during cut. Avoid panel flex during cut — vibration causes chatter.
4. Deburr edge. Light file or scraper removes burr.
5. Re-cut T&G if needed. Router with T&G bit for custom panel-to-panel joining.
