What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 1 piece for custom-machined parts and 1 sheet for standard stock items. There are no tooling charges for CNC-machined components.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Standard quotations are returned within 24 hours. Complex projects with multiple drawings or unusual material grades may take up to 48 hours.
What file formats do you accept for custom parts?
DWG, DXF, PDF, STEP, IGES, and 2D hand-drawn sketches with dimensions. We will return a 3D rendering for confirmation before machining.
Which incoterms do you offer?
EXW Dezhou, FOB Qingdao / Tianjin / Shanghai, CFR / CIF to most major ports, DDP for North America and Western Europe, DAP for select regions.
Do you provide material certificates?
Yes — every shipment includes the resin manufacturer's material certificate, our internal dimensional inspection report, and FDA / EU 10/2011 declarations on request.
Can you produce parts to my drawing?
Yes. Send your DWG, DXF, PDF or STEP file. We CNC-cut, drill, countersink and mill to your spec. Made-to-drawing is our core business.
