The Radius Challenge: Solving Chain Lift in Tight Curves

Radius conveyors often suffer from 'chain lift' where the chain attempts to jump out of the guide in tight curves. Dezhou Jiasheng's Patented T-Shape Geometry (ZL 2019) is engineered specifically to prevent this.

Our machined T-slots provide positive containment on both the top and bottom of the chain links, ensuring the chain remains perfectly seated even under high lateral tension in 90 or 180-degree turns.
